Shawl Pryor joined the Moonbeam Capital Investments group of companies ("MCI") in 2011 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Pryor is directly responsible for the leasing division, directing property management, conducting community and governmental affairs and implementing the strategic planning process for MCI's commercial real estate portfolio. With over 26 years of experience, Mr. Pryor has extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in creating adaptive reuse and repurposing of underperforming commercial real estate assets.
Mr. Pryor is a seasoned, knowledgeable and trusted commercial real estate professional who consistently delivers real time results. He is uniquely qualified to regulate the day-to-day operations and assist the Chief Executive Officer in creating operational strategies while guiding redevelopment plans for the Moonbeam group’s approximately 10 million + square foot nationwide portfolio of leased and managed properties.
Prior to joining MCI in 2011, Mr. Pryor served as the Senior Vice President of Infinity Property Fund. He was also previously the Vice President of asset/property management in the Atlanta office of Colliers International, Glimcher Realty and Heitman Retail Properties.
Mr. Pryor is actively involved in ICSC and other trade organizations on both national and local levels, private and public. He is also an active board member of The Ron Clark Academy and a number of other national and local non-profit organizations.
Mr. Pryor served for seven (7) years as an engineer with the United States Marine Corps in both active and reserve duty capacities.
Mr. Pryor is a native of Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Marietta, Georgia with his wife and children.

Natalie Maksin is responsible for the Moonbeam Capital Investments, LLC's legal affairs, providing legal counsel for the company's acquisitions, financings, structuring, commercial contracts, tax matters, research, and general legal and business advice to the company's executive management team.
Prior to joining MCI, Natalie Maksin practiced tax law from 2003 to 2010 at Weil, Gotshal and Manges, LLP, where she advised domestic and international clients on structuring of real estate transactions. Prior to Weil, Gotshal and Manges, LLP, Mrs. Maksin was a manager in the PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP's assurance business advisory services group..
Mrs. Maksin is an adjunct professor at the City University of New York where she teaches taxation. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and American Institute of Certified Public Accountancy. Mrs. Maksin is admitted to the Bar in New York and Connecticut, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She holds CPA licenses in New York and Maryland.
Mrs. Maksin earned an LL.M. from the New York University Law School, a J.D. (the Order of Coif, cum laude) from the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School, and a Bachelor of Science (magna cum laude) from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Jacqueline S. Ackerman joined Moonbeam Capital Investments, LLC (“MCI”) in 2014 and serves as Senior Deputy Chief Legal Officer, providing legal counsel regarding acquisitions, leases, commercial contracts, property management, development and operations. In 2012, Vegas Inc., Las Vegas’s leading business publication, selected her to receive its Top Lawyers award in two categories - Real Estate and Business.
Prior to joining MCI, Ms. Ackerman practiced law in her own firm from 2008 to 2014. From 2005 to 2008, she served as General Counsel of SURE Development, where she directed the legal affairs of affiliated companies involved in real estate development, brokerage and construction. Previously, Ms. Ackerman practiced law with several prestigious law firms in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, and served in an executive position with Nevada’s largest homebuilder - Lewis Homes - until it was acquired by KB Homes.
Ms. Ackerman is a member of the State Bars of Nevada and California. She is a Past President of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys, the largest specialty bar association in Nevada, and is a current and past officer and director of other local nonprofit organizations.
Ms. Ackerman earned her J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree (summa cum laude) from Dartmouth College. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Ratin has over 20 years of Finance experience at some of the biggest firms on Wall St. Prior to joining Moonbeam Capital Investments, Mr. Ratin worked as Finance Director for Deutsche Banks’ Commercial Real Estate (CRE) group, overseeing a balance sheet in the billions and providing guidance on IFRS and US GAAP accounting, valuation, risk control as well as non-performing loans & REO acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Ratin also worked as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns in CMBS Finance, where he managed a Finance team responsible for the entire CRE origination & securitization business. Mr. Ratin eventually transitioned his team to JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Ratin’s professional experience also includes 6 years with Goldman Sachs and 4 years with Deloitte & Touche, where his audit clients included Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns. He lectures part-time at local colleges on the subjects of taxation, accounting, and finance, as well as provides tax advice and assistance to individuals and local businesses within his community.
Mr. Ratin joined Moonbeam Capital Investments in 2014 and oversees all the financial and accounting operations, directs investors & banking relationships, and provides leadership to drive growth.
Mr. Ratin earned both the Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from NYU Stern School of Business. He is a licensed CPA in New York State.
